La chanteuse américaine Shemekia Copeland, fille du célèbre et défunt bluesman Johnny Copeland présente son huitième album, " Outskirts Of Love ". Dans cet opus, la jolie diva à la voix puissante nous livre douze titres de Blues Rock vampirisant dont des nouveautés mais aussi des reprises d'artistes comme Solomon Burke, Albert King, Jesse Winchester ainsi que de son père. Côté invités on notera la présence de musiciens chevronnés comme ZZ Top (Billy Gibbon), Alvin Youngblood Hart ou Robert Randolpd. (CL)
