Chris Robinson est un chanteur américain essentiellement connu pour être membre fondateur et chanteur des Black Crowes, avec son frère Rich Robinson. En 2010, il lance le projet The Chris Robinson Brotherhood, dont le premier album, Big Moon Ritual voit le jour en juin 2012. En septembre 2012, Chris Robinson sort The Magic Door avec son nouveau groupe. Il faut ensuite attendre 2014 pour voir arriver Phosphorescent Harvest.
