The Durutti Column began their career three decades ago, releasing some of the most intriguing and emotional albums on the Factory Records label. Although DC's recordings are chiefly instrumental, the atmospheric mood and heartbreaking melodies of Vini's songs seems to speak louder than any words can. The Sporadic Recordings consist of rare outtakes, B-sides, demos and songs that never made it onto albums. 16 years since the original Sporadic recordings, this collection of songs brings us up to date with the sound of The Durutti Column."
