Burl Ives est un chanteur folk reconnu, social, au point d'avoir été poursuivi pendant la période du mccarthysme. Ses chansons parlent d'alcoolisme, de polygamie, de meurtre, de pornographie, des communautés psychédéliques, etc. Morceaux enregistrés dans les années 1960 et début 1970 pour Decca/MCA Nashville, extraits d'albums, 45 tours oubliés et inédits.
