Continuation du titre: "... Conduct". Craig Burk was born in Waterloo, Iowa in 1951. At the age of 10, he began studying the trumpet. He took up the classical guitar while majoring in English Literature and Dramatic Arts at the University of Iowa.[...] He became active in the lower Manhattan avant-garde scene and over the next eight years, gave numerous concerts and released two record albums.
