En 1972, le célèbre Barry White crée la formation instrumentale Love Unlimited Orchestra, comme support musical à ses oeuvres. Ce double album intitulé « Love Unlimited Orchestra : The 20Th Century Singles » contient trente-deux morceaux de Soul instrumentaux remasterisés, dirigés et produits par notre légende, dont l'intégralité des quatorze singles sortis entre 1973 et 1979 ainsi que sept versions disco.
