Cavern of Anti-Matter est le side-project de Tim Gane membre fondateur de Stereolab et de Bradford Cox du groupe Deerhunter. L'album compte aussi avec la participation de Sonic Boom et Jan St Werner de Mouse On Mars. 'Void Beats/Invocation Trex' rend donc hommage et fait la part belle au kautrock et à l'électropop oubliée des années 80. (AB).
